Welcome to D3VFX Store! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our shop and the purchase and use of our digital editing assets. By accessing our store or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. License & Usage
When you purchase an asset (CC, preset, overlay, or project file), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license.
You may use the asset for personal or commercial projects, but reselling, redistributing, or sharing the product is strictly prohibited.
Each purchase grants a license for one project. For multiple projects, additional licenses are required.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via trusted platforms (UPI, PayPal, etc.).
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
If you experience any technical issue with a product, please contact us for support.
3. Support & Updates
We provide support via DM or email for technical issues related to our products.
Regular updates are included to ensure compatibility with the latest Node Video Editor and Alight Motion versions.
4. Limitations & Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of our products.
We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins or modifications beyond the default app setup.
5. Intellectual Property
All assets, designs, and content on this shop are copyrighted and owned by D3VFX.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our products violates copyright law.
6. Changes to These Terms
